There were two zones: a ‘freezer’ bar and a warmer ‘igloo’ chiller. I guess we had our drinks in the warmer area. But afterwards we went to the colder area and it was really cold. Like. I was like shivering/ trembling/ shaking because of what I was wearing. *full of regrets*. I wasn't expecting myself to go to such a cold bar that day. The temperatures there... Range from -6 to -16 degrees Celsius. Like whoa, a cold place in Singapore (a hot a humid country) other than Snow City!

Mm, me and boyfriend went there around the evening. We were supposed to go there for our date on Christmas but I fell sick. Like, high on-and-off fever. So my 2011 Christmas was a sad one :( But well, instead, we went there on New Year's Eve (which was my sister's birthday =w=)
Clam Chowder that contained a lot of mushrooms.
It felt more like Cream of Mushroom instead.

Baked Mash Potatoes with Cheese.
Christmas Sausages.
And a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, a white.
I should have gotten Cabernet Sauvignon, a red. Because red meats (beef) goes well with red wine.

Mmmm. Wagyu.
The fats from the wagyu melts in your mouth and the juices from the meat fills your mouth with its flavour. I swear I'm serious about the fats part.

The restaurant was made of glass because it's a glass house! Haha. There were two floors and I wanted the second floor because I saw some soft comfy sofas upstairs. But well, it's only open when it's full house on the first floor. How sad. But oh well, Fish & Co. You'd expect good fish dishes and they really do have good Fish & Chips! Would love to try the Seafood Baked Rice some day. It has Saffron Rice. I love Saffron Rice!

Omelette Rice. Or, Omu Rice!
Looks pretty plain right. Would have been better if there was some deco or garnishes. The colour would look nicer and the food would look more appetizing. The best Omu Rice I've eaten so far is still Ma Maison. Cooked by Japanese Chefs ( * o * ).
So well. After looking at all the tasty-looking food, are you hungry now? Haha!
